Callistemon Red Rover™ brings vivid foliage color and a low, spreading form to the landscape. Its new growth emerges in brilliant shades of copper, orange, and red, gradually maturing to deep green. Large, whorled leaves create a dense, richly textured groundcover with year-round visual interest.
Growing approximately 12 to 16 inches high and up to 5 feet wide, Red Rover™ is well suited for mass plantings, slopes, medians, commercial landscapes, and broad garden beds. It adapts to full sun or partial shade and performs in a wide range of soil conditions.
Once established, Red Rover™ requires reduced irrigation and develops its naturally tidy, compact form without pruning. For best results, allow the plant to grow freely and avoid shearing or shaping.
Red Rover™ is nonflowering, producing no pollen and attracting no bees. Its vibrant foliage provides the color, making it an excellent option for landscapes where dependable texture and year-round visual impact are priorities.
